- Provided service in a filing position at any time during 2025 or 2026;
- Was appointed to, promoted to, or employed in a filing position in 2026; or
- Was a candidate for elective office in 2026.

Exceptions for Uncompensated State Board or Commission Members
Financial disclosure statements filed by members or designees of the following state boards or commissions, even though uncompensated, are public by statute:
- Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board
- Ohio Livestock Care Standards Board
- Ohio Retirement Study Council
Members and designees of these state boards or commissions should file using the standard financial disclosure statement (OEC-[YEAR]).
