The Ohio Ethics Commission normally meets at 10:00 a.m. in the 10th floor conference room at its offices.  In open session, the Commission considers and issues advisory opinions and reviews reports of staff involving financial disclosure and administrative matters.  During an Executive Session, the Commission hears a confidential report on complaints and pending investigations concerning alleged violations of the Ethics Law and related statutes, litigation, and personnel matters. (This is the only portion of the Commission meeting which is statutorily closed to the public).
